Milbank Transportation and Space partner Dara Panahy will moderate GVF’s Satellite in the Finance Markets Webinar on September 10, 2020. The speakers will address the question of whether, amid the COVID-19 pandemic, the satellite industry is at a financial crossroads or if the instances of industry members seeking to restructure are isolated examples of an industry otherwise in good health. The speakers will also explore the satellite industry’s relationship with the finance markets and the extent to which changes within the industry arising out of the evolution and growth in geostationary orbit (“GEO”), medium Earth orbit (“MEO”) and low Earth orbit (“LEO”) satellites is impacting this relationship.
