Carlos T. Albarracín, a partner in Milbank's Global Capital Markets Group and Latin America Practice Group, will speak on the panel titled “Legal & Contractual Structuring” during the third conference organized by the University of Buenos Aires and members of Argentina’s Ministry of Finance being held June 7, 2018 in Buenos Aires, Argentina. The panel will discuss international PPP financing structures and prior experiences involving the international capital markets and compare them to the Argentine PPP model.
