Milbank Litigation partner Antonia Apps will be moderating a panel titled “Securities Enforcement: 2016 and Beyond” at the 30th Annual National Institute on White Collar Crime. The panel will take place on the second day of the conference, Thursday, March 3, 2016 at 3:15pm. Panel members will discuss upcoming trends in securities enforcement, including the latest developments in insider trading in the wake of United States v. Newman, enforcement of nonprosecution and deferred prosecution agreements and the use of monitors, regulation of bond trading through criminal enforcement following United States v. Litvak, and the declining use of administrative proceedings by the Securities and Exchange Commission.
