Litigation partner Antonia Apps will be speaking on a panel titled “A Sea Change in Insider Trading Law?” at the PLI’s Insider Trading Law 2016: Salman, Newman, and the Road Ahead conference on Friday, July 8, 2016. The panel will discuss the ground-breaking decisions in the Newman and Salman cases, defending insider trading cases in court and administrative proceedings, and the future of insider trading.
The program will cover enforcement priorities and will provide clients with an insight into how to circumvent issues with the government. The conference will be held in New York City and on webcast.
