Milbank LLP will host the International Institute for Conflict Prevention & Resolution’s (CPR) Arbitration Committee and the CPR Council for a hybrid panel discussion.
Milbank Litigation & Arbitration partner and Vice Chair of the CPR Arbitration Committee, Viren Mascarenhas, will moderate the panel on artificial intelligence (AI) and ChatGPT in the lawyer space, AI’s use in litigation funding and arbitration disputes, and the role of AI in search engines, including those used to research arbitration.
