Milbank Structured Finance Lawyer Nicholas Robinson Promoted to Special Counsel

Mr. Robinson advises investment banks, issuers, asset managers and investors in wide range of securitizations, structured lending and other financial transactions, including (in particular) collateralized loan obligation (CLO) offerings

Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy LLP is pleased to announce that associate Nicholas Robinson has been promoted to Special Counsel, reflecting his significant contributions and senior role within the practice. A Milbank attorney since 2005, Mr. Robinson has played a key role in many of the firm’s varied assignments in structured finance.

Milbank has been at the forefront of CLO offerings in the United States and Europe, consistently ranking among the most active firms in these markets, and Mr. Robinson has been a key member of the Milbank CLO team. Mr. Robinson’s practice includes a particular focus on middle-market CLOs, structured lending, compliance with risk retention requirements of the United States and the European Union and representation of parties in financing risk retention structures.
