The M&A Advisor Awards honor the leading deal teams, firms and professionals whose activities set the standard for M&A transactions. Milbank provided counsel for the following award winning deals:

Milbank represented an Ad Hoc Committee of Creditors collectively holding over $400 million of the second lien notes issued by Momentive Performance Materials Inc., one of the world’s largest producers of silicones and silicone derivatives, and a global leader in the development and manufacture of products derived from quartz and specialty ceramics.
