Milbank Partners James Pascale and Drew Fine to Chair and Speak at Airfinance Journal’s Dublin Conference Investor Day

Milbank LLP Transportation and Space partner Jim Pascale will serve as Chairperson at the Airfinance Journal Dublin 2022 global conference Investor Day in Ireland. Mr. Pascale will provide opening and closing remarks for Investor Day on May 4, 2022.

 

Drew Fine will be speaking on a panel titled “How Innovative Structures Are Allowing Lessors with a Concentrated Risk Portfolio to Maintain Access,” where panelists will discuss how innovative new products on the aviation capital markets are helping issuers and investors find both value and yield in a difficult environment.

 

Mr. Fine, Chair of Milbank’s Finance Practice and Practice Group Leader of the firm’s Transportation and Space Group, has particular experience in financings and corporate transactions involving aircraft, rolling stock and vessels, having worked on several significant aircraft ABS and financings, many of which have been recognized as “Deal of the Year” transactions. He has extensive experience in public offerings and private placement of securities (EETCs, ABS), acquisitions, loyalty financings, leveraged leasing, secured and unsecured lending, cross-border financings, structured financings, restructurings, workouts and credit enhancements. Mr. Pascale’s practice is focused on representing investment banks, leasing companies, airlines, lenders, equity participants and hedge funds in connection with a range of transactions, including public and private debt securities offerings, securitizations, secured and unsecured lending, operating and finance leasing, acquisitions, and financial restructurings, many of which have been recognized as “Deal of the Year” transactions.

 

Milbank’s New York, London and Singapore aviation teams will attend the conference, being held May 4–6 at The Convention Centre Dublin. The annual conference brings together members of the global aviation finance community, including airlines, leasing companies, financial institutions, investment houses and government bodies.
