James Grandolfo is head of Milbank (Hong Kong) LLP and a member of Milbank’s Global Capital Markets Group. He has over 25 years’ experience representing issuers and investment banks in a variety of debt, equity and equity-linked capital markets transactions, including high yield and investment grade debt issuances, initial public offerings, a variety of liability management exercises, Rule 144A and Regulation S transactions and SEC-registered offerings.
Neeraj Budhwani is a partner in Hong Kong and a member of the firm’s Global Corporate Group. With over two decades of experience, Mr. Budhwani focuses his practice on cross-border private equity and M&A transactions, and has extensive experience advising on leveraged buy-outs, acquisitions, disposals and joint ventures as well as public to private transactions and general securities related work.
John Dewar is a partner in the firm’s London office. Widely recognized as a leading global project finance lawyer, Mr. Dewar has built a broad practice and has a reputation for advising on the most innovative and significant “market-first” transactions around the world.
