John Williams, partner in Milbank’s Alternative Investments Practice, will participate as a panelist on the “Credit Markets: Change in the Works?” panel at the 2016 P.R.I.M.E. Finance Annual Conference. This panel will discuss recent market determinations in respect of credit derivatives referencing iHeartCommunciations, Inc. and what that process suggests about changes that might need to be made to the terms of the product and to the ISDA Credit Derivatives Determinations Committee procedures for making market determinations. The P.R.I.M.E. Conference will be held January 23 - 24 at the Peace Palace in The Hague, Netherlands.
