Milbank Partner Gregory Bray to be Inducted by The American College of Bankruptcy

LOS ANGELES, November 4, 2014 – Milbank’s Financial Restructuring partner Gregory Bray will be inducted by The American College of Bankruptcy as a Fellow on March 15, 2015 in Washington, DC. Mr. Bray is one of 34 nominees being honored and recognized for professional excellence and exceptional contributions to the fields of bankruptcy and insolvency. He will join three other Milbank partners who are Fellows of the College.

The American College of Bankruptcy is an honorary professional and educational association of bankruptcy and insolvency professionals. College Fellows include commercial and consumer bankruptcy attorneys, judges, insolvency accountants, turnaround and workout specialists, law professors, government officials and others involved in the bankruptcy and insolvency community.

Mr. Bray has played a significant role in numerous high profile bankruptcy cases and out-of-court restructurings, most recently: Education Management Company; IAP; Cengage; Evergreen International; Contech Construction Products; Hawker Beechcraft; General Motors Acceptance Corporation; and Spansion, among other engagements. In addition to being consistently ranked for his restructuring work, Mr. Bray has frequently spoken and written on various restructuring topics.
