Litigation partner Fiona A. Schaeffer will be playing the role of “Assistant Attorney General” for the NYSBA’s Annual Antitrust Symposium on Friday, December 4, 2015. The forum titled “Next Generation Rule of Reason: Metric or Methodology?” will involve two teams of expert lawyers and economists battling over the application of the rule of reason a new college sports conference, in front of the “Assistant Attorney General.” The panel will take place at the Harvard Club of New York City, from 8:30am – 11:00am, and will include a breakfast reception.
