Milbank LLP Tax partner Eschi Rahimi-Laridjani will be speaking at the Corporate Counsel Women of Color’s 18th Annual Career Strategies Conference in Atlanta, October 5–8. Ms. Rahimi-Laridjani’s panel discussion is titled “Balance: How to Achieve Fulfillment in All Areas of Your Life.”
Ms. Rahimi-Laridjani’s practice focuses on the taxation of complex financing transactions, financial products and derivatives, US and foreign securities offerings, structured finance and asset securitization transactions. She has been recognized as a leading lawyer by The Legal 500 and The Tax Directors Handbook, and has authored numerous tax-related articles in The Journal of Taxation of Financial Products and The Journal of Taxation of Investments.
