Milbank LLP Transportation and Space partner Drew Fine moderated the “Airline CFO & Treasurer” panel at the Airline Economics Growth Frontiers Dublin conference, which took place January 28–31, 2024. Mr. Fine was joined by panelists including CFOs and Treasurers from major airlines, including Clemens Metz (American Airlines), David MacPhail (International Airlines Group (IAG)), Eric Harder (United Airlines), Nirmal Govinda Das (Emirates) and Erik Swelheim (KLM Royal Dutch Airlines).
Mr. Fine, who is also Chair of Milbank's Transportation and Space Group and Chair of the firm’s Finance practice, has extensive experience in a range of international financial and corporate transactions, including public offerings and private placement of securities (equipment notes, enhanced equipment trust certificates (EETCs), ABS), acquisitions, loyalty financings, leveraged leasing, secured and unsecured lending, cross-border financings, structured financings, restructurings, workouts and credit enhancements.
The four-day Growth Frontiers conference, held in Dublin, Ireland, was hosted by Airline Economics magazine, the aviation sector’s highly regarded finance and leasing global publication for airlines, lessors, investors, banks, law firms and MROs.
