Milbank Financial Institutions Regulatory partner Douglas Landy will be speaking on a panel titled “Banking & Finance: Disruption or Business as Usual?” at the Harvard European Law Association (HELA) Conference 2019. The annual conference will take place on March 2 at Harvard University.
With European elections and Brexit coming up, the conference will reflect on the successes and failures of the EU institutions over the past five years. Speakers will focus on the digitalization of the economy, exploring certain challenges and analyzing the impact of the developments on EU-US relations through four panel discussions on (1) Brexit, (2) Banking & Finance, (3) Antitrust and (4) the Digital Economy.
