Panahy, a partner in Milbank's Transportation and Space Group, moderated a panel titled “Financing Small Satellite Operations” at the 2017 SmallSat Symposium on February 7, 2017 in Menlo Park, California. The panel discussed how different types of investors perceive the small satellite industry, alternative financing source options (Angel, Venture, Private Equity, Capital Markets, Export Credit, etc.) and the most important criteria investors or lenders look for in selecting ventures to fund.
