Milbank Partner Austin Bramwell to Speak at 54th Annual Heckerling Institute on Estate Planning

Milbank Trusts & Estates partner Austin Bramwell will be speaking on two panels at the 54th Annual Heckerling Institute on Estate Planning being held January 13-17, 2020 in Orlando, Florida. The first panel titled “Beyond the Binary: Choosing Between Grantor and Non-Grantor Status” will discuss the consequences of grantor versus non-grantor status and explore some creative or lesser known uses of each. The second panel titled “Creative Planning Techniques with Grantor and Non-Grantor Trusts” will discuss the varieties of trust income tax designs.
