Milbank’s collaborative project with the Futures Industry Association (FIA) and Linklaters, the CCP Risk Review, has been shortlisted for the 2015 European FT Innovative Lawyers Report. Final results for this major legal ranking, published by the Financial Times, will be announced at the FT Innovative Lawyers Awards Europe ceremony at the Natural History Museum in London on October 1, 2015.
As the only service of its kind in the field, the CCP Risk Review helps clients to better navigate the numerous and complex rules of various central counterparties (CCPs). The interactive online tool offers a comprehensive guide to CCPs and a standardized platform for comparing them. The CCP Risk Review has already netted over $8 million in subscriptions from clearing members globally.
