Milbank LLP advised Unite US, a New York-based technology firm that builds coordinated health and social service care networks, in connection with the acquisition of Carrot Health, Inc., a health data analytics company focused on removing barriers to health and optimizing care. The transaction closed on August 16, 2021.
Unite Us' platform allows healthcare and social service providers across sectors to send and receive secure electronic referrals, track patients’ total health journey, and report on outcomes in a centralized, cohesive, and collaborative ecosystem. The acquisition of Carrot Health’s large consumer and health dataset will help partner organizations address healthcare inequities and create new care models.
