Milbank LLP represented the financing sources in connection with the acquisition of Crump Life Insurance Services, LLC and Hanleigh Management (collectively, “Crump”) by AmeriLife Holdings LLC (“AmeriLife”). Crump is a provider of life insurance and retirement products in the United States. AmeriLife, a portfolio company of Thomas H. Lee Partners and Genstar Capital, develops, markets and distributes life and health insurance, annuities and retirement planning solutions.
