Primary Focus & Experience
Ms. Forer represents banks, private credit funds and other financial institutions in a variety of corporate transactions, including sponsor-led acquisition financing, recapitalizations, syndicated senior loans, first lien / second lien and unitranche credit facilities, asset based and cash flow financings, reserve-based lending, private placements and offerings of secured and unsecured high-yield bonds.

Ms. Forer earned her J.D. from the Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law. She received her B.A. from Barnard College, Columbia University.
