Milbank LLP advised Summit Partners as its portfolio company TradingHub secured strategic investment from private equity investor Nordic Capital.
TradingHub is a leading provider of trade surveillance technology for global financial institutions. Nordic Capital’s investment will support the company’s long-term growth and continued investment in innovation. Summit Partners, together with TradingHub’s co-founder Neil Walker, will continue to hold minority positions in the company upon completion of the transaction.
The Milbank team, which advised Summit across all key aspects of the transaction, was led by partner Andrej Wolf (Corporate/Private Equity) alongside associate Daniel Woods and trainee Zainab Rehman (both Corporate/Private Equity). Specialist tax advice was provided in London by special counsel Shaul Steinberg.
