Milbank Advises PAG on Sale of Food Union's European Ice Cream Business to Froneri

Milbank LLP advised PAG on the sale of Food Union's European ice cream business to Froneri, a joint venture between PAI Partners and Nestlé, one of the world's largest ice cream companies. The proposed transaction covers all Food Union markets in Europe: Denmark, Norway, Estonia, Latvia (except dairy), Lithuania and Romania.
