Milbank LLP is advising the administrative agent, the joint lead arrangers and the joint bookrunners in connection with a term loan B facility and a revolving credit facility to support I Squared Capital’s acquisition of Spire Inc.’s (NYSE: SR) natural gas storage assets in Oklahoma and Wyoming. Following the closing, the assets will operate as part of Bear River Midstream LLC, a new I Squared portfolio company.
The Milbank team was led by New York-based Global Leveraged Finance partners Marcus Dougherty and Charles Stern, along with special counsel Chris Hahm and associates Danielle Valentino and Lauren Sturm.
