Primary Focus & Experience
Mr. Hahm’s practice focuses on representing banks and other financial institutions in domestic and international finance transactions, including acquisition financings, first and second lien financings, direct lending transactions, asset-based lending transactions and other secured and unsecured lending transactions.
Recognition & Accomplishments
Mr. Hahm received his J.D., cum laude, from Albany Law School, where he was a Dean Thomas Sponsler Teaching Fellow and served as a member of the Albany Law Review. He received his B.A. from Amherst College.
