Milbank LLP advised Matrix Renewables in connection with a $290 million private placement financing for the construction and operation of a 328 MW PMGD portfolio in Chile.
The Milbank team was led by partner Jaime Ramirez, along with associates Daniel Rios Zertuche, Nicolas Ocampo and Pierre-Philippe Turnbull.
