Milbank LLP represented I Squared Capital Advisors in connection with the financing of its capital commitment to its portfolio company Singapore-based Cube Highways & Infrastructure II Pte Ltd. The capital commitment will partly fund the acquisition of Chenani Nashri Tunnelway Limited (CNTL) from IL&FS Transportation Networks Limited.
Cube Highways is one of the largest toll road operators in India and currently operates a group of 33 road assets with an aggregate length of approximately 11,000 lane-kilometers across India. CNTL is one of the longest road tunnels in India and will be a significant addition to the Cube Highways portfolio, expanding its geographic presence in North India.
