Milbank LLP is advising the financing sources in connection with Providence Equity Partners L.L.C.’s (Providence) significant investment in Southern Communications Group (SCG), a leading UK provider of customer communications management solutions. 

SCG’s software enables enterprises to manage high-volume, personalized customer communications across multiple channels and sectors, including financial services, insurance, healthcare and the public sector.
