Milbank LLP is advising the financing sources in connection with Providence Equity Partners L.L.C.’s (Providence) acquisition of Hometrack, a leading provider of residential property data and analytics in the UK and the Netherlands, from Zoopla Property Group.

Hometrack provides data, insights and analytics to support decision-making across the residential property market. Hometrack currently services 16 of the Top 20 UK, and all of the Top 14 Dutch, mortgage lenders.
