Milbank LLP represented the financing sources to support Blackstone and Tinicum (collectively, the “Sponsors”) take-private acquisition of Senior plc (LON: SNR). The acquisition was sanctioned by court order on October 6, 2026.
Senior plc is a publicly listed engineering solutions provider servicing the worldwide aerospace, defense and land vehicle markets. In conjunction with the closing of the transaction, the Sponsors placed Senior plc under common ownership with AeroFlow Technologies, a Tinicum portfolio company and aerospace engineered products manufacturer.
