Benjamin Sayagh is a partner in the New York office of Milbank and a member of the firm’s Leveraged Finance Group.

Primary Focus & Experience
Mr. Sayagh’s practice focuses on representing and counseling banks and other financial institutions in various financing transactions. His experience includes acquisition financings, first and second lien financings, bridge lending, loan commitments, refinancing transactions, and other secured and unsecured lending transactions.
Recognition & Accomplishments
Mr. Sayagh received his J.D. with honors from The George Washington University Law School, where he was a Dean’s Fellow and a member of both the International Law Review and the Moot Court Board. Prior to law school, Mr. Sayagh worked as an analyst in the legal office of the Department of State’s Bureau of Consular Affairs, Visa Office.
He is a native French speaker and is fluent in Italian.
