Milbank LLP represented the financing sources in connection with senior secured credit facilities in support of KKR’s acquisition of CIRCOR International, Inc. The senior secured credit facilities consisted of a $650 million term loan facility and a $75 million revolving credit facility.
CIRCOR International, Inc. provides flow control products and services for the industrial and aerospace & defense markets.
