Milbank LLP represented the financing sources in the acquisition of Cvent Holding Corp. (“Cvent”) (NASDAQ: CVT) by an affiliate of private equity funds managed by Blackstone for $8.50 per share in cash, representing a total enterprise value of approximately $4.6 billion.
Cvent is an industry-leading meetings, events and hospitality technology provider.
