Milbank Advises Farnborough Airport on Refinancing

Milbank LLP advised Farnborough Airport Company Limited (owned by funds managed by Macquarie Asset Management) on a £450 million senior debt refinancing through a combination of bank loans and private placement notes. 

Farnborough Airport is the only airport in the United Kingdom wholly dedicated to business aviation and holds the largest share of UK business aviation traffic.
