Immanuel has experience acting for both sponsors and finance providers on a broad range of financing structures and transactions. His practice focuses on the financing of real and digital infrastructure assets, including hotels, office, industrials, logistics and data center campuses.

A selection of Immanuel’s experience includes advising:

• Blackstone on their financing of the acquisition of a data center and office space at Harbour Exchange*
• KKR and Global Technical Realty on the acquisition financing of a London data center campus valued over £1 billion*
• GLP Capital Partners and Ada Infrastructure on the financing of a land bank in London ahead of construction of a 210 MW data center campus*
• Blackstone and Mileway on a number of their European financings and refinancings of last mile industrial assets, including a number of CMBS financing structures*
• Blackstone and Hotel Investment Partners on the refinancing of their Greek and Spanish hotel portfolios, including by way of a common terms platform*
• KKR and Mirastar on the acquisition financing of a number of their industrials and logistics assets across Europe*
• Apollo on their financing of a German residential property portfolio*
