Milbank Advises Audax Renovables, S.A. on Debut Senior Notes Offering

Milbank LLP has advised Audax Renovables, S.A. (“Audax”) on its debut offering of €350 million 7½% senior notes due 2031 (the “Notes”). Audax expects to use the proceeds from the offering of the Notes to refinance existing indebtedness.

Audax is a Spanish energy company that supplies electricity and gas to customers, complemented by a renewable power generation business combining solar PV and onshore wind assets across eight European countries and Panama. Audax is listed on the Spanish Stock Exchanges of Madrid and Barcelona under the ticker symbol ADX.MC.
