Milbank Advises Altavair on $667M Asset-Backed Securities Offering

Milbank served as issuer counsel in connection with the $667 million ALTDE 2026-1 aircraft operating lease ABS transaction serviced by Altavair, an aviation leasing platform specializing in the acquisition, leasing and management of commercial aircraft.  ALTDE 2026-1 represents Altavair's second public aircraft operating lease ABS, following its debut issuance in 2025 on which Milbank also acted as issuer counsel.
