Milbank LLP advised Sociedad de Transmisión Austral (STA), one of Chile’s largest power transmission companies, in connection with its inaugural $390 million green bond offering of 4.00% Senior Unsecured Notes due 2032.
The Milbank deal team was led by Global Capital Markets partner Carlos Albarracín and included international associate Josefina Ayala Wilkins and associates Mandeep Kalra and Cheyne Cudby. The team also included Tax partner Andrew Walker and associate David Hanno.
