Milbank senior associate Suzanne Szczetnikowicz was interviewed by Who’s Who Legal on ways to promote and engage the next generation of women leaders in law. As the co-founder and current chair of Women in Law London, Ms. Szczetnikowicz notes the driving forces behind launching the network, as well as challenges faced by women in the industry and ways to promote gender diversity and female leadership. In the interview, she advises young women attorneys to “be passionate – if you are fortunate to be able to do so, practice the area of law about which you are most passionate as you will likely find yourself more motivated by your work and more successful in your career as a result.”
