Litigation Partner Fiona Schaeffer to Speak on Antitrust Compliance at Pre-ICN Forum

Milbank Litigation partner Fiona Schaeffer will be speaking on a panel at the Pre-International Competition Network (Pre-ICN) Forum on May 14, 2019 in Cartagena, Colombia. The panel, titled “On the road to compliance – are we there yet?,” will discuss critical tools for achieving antitrust compliance, including annual audits.

The Pre-ICN Forum is a high-level forum for interactive discussion on developments in competition law enforcement and policy among regulators, corporate counsel and leading practitioners from around the world. The ICN is an annual forum that brings together antitrust enforcers from more than 100 member jurisdictions globally, together with non-government advisors who are invited to participate.
