Litigation Partner Fiona Schaeffer to Moderate Panel at the ABA Section of Antitrust Law Spring Meeting

Milbank Litigation partner Fiona Schaeffer will moderate a panel at the ABA Section of Antitrust Law Spring Meeting on April 11, 2018 in Washington, DC. The panel, titled “Agency Update with the International Enforcers,” will cover a range of topics, including challenges of antitrust enforcement in the digital economy. Other speakers include senior antitrust enforcers from the US Federal Trade Commission, the US Department of Justice, the UK Competition and Markets Authority and the Indian Competition Commission. The ABA Spring Meeting is the largest meeting of antitrust/competition and consumer protection professionals worldwide, bringing together government and private practice lawyers, economists, academics, journalists, and students.
