Milbank Litigation partner Alan Stone will speak on a panel at the Institute for Energy Law’s 2016 Mergers, Acquisitions and Divestitures in the Downturn conference on April 22, 2016. The panel, titled “M&A Litigation Update: The Evolving Landscape for Boards and Advisers,” will discuss recent developments in Delaware case law. The discussion will focus on the C&J Energy, KKR Financial and Rural Metro cases and the impact of those decisions on the ability of stockholders to challenge corporate transactions.
