NEW YORK, April 6, 2016 – Atara Miller, partner in Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy LLP’s Litigation & Arbitration Group, has been recognized as “one of the top media and entertainment attorneys under the age of 40” by leading legal publication Law360 as part of its annual “Rising Stars” series.
Law360’s Rising Stars are attorneys under 40 who have demonstrated outstanding accomplishments in their careers. The publication’s editors select honorees based on each lawyer’s achievements within their respective practice areas.
Ms. Miller’s practice focuses on federal and state court litigation of complex commercial matters. A Law360 feature article covers many of her impressive achievements, including last year’s major victory for client Broadcast Music, Inc. (BMI) in a dispute with online music licensor Pandora, concerning the royalties Pandora must pay to BMI’s songwriter and music publisher affiliates.
