Milbank LLP Financial Restructuring partners Jacqueline Ingram and Kate Colman and associates Sarah Levin and Ryan Al-Hakim have contributed to two chapters in the recently released 3rd edition of The Art of the Ad Hoc, published by Global Restructuring Review. In these chapters Jacqueline Ingram, Kate Colman, Sarah Levin and Ryan Al-Hakim consider ‘The Role and Purpose of an Ad Hoc Committee from the Perspective of Creditors’ and ‘A Comparison of an Ad Hoc Committee and an Official Committee Under Insolvency and Other Laws in England and the United States.’

The Art of the Ad Hoc is a comprehensive review of how ad hoc committees work in the restructuring market. The publication combines the collective knowledge and working experience of eminent practitioners across several firms to cover several angles and perspectives, in particular those of committee members and debtors. It is an essential desktop reference work.
