Fiona Schaeffer to Speak on Antitrust Issues in Vertical Mergers at ICN Conference

Milbank Litigation partner Fiona Schaeffer has been invited to speak at a plenary session of the annual International Competition Network (ICN) conference in New Delhi, India on March 22, 2018 regarding antitrust issues in vertical mergers. The ICN is an international organization whose members include more than 130 antitrust/competition enforcement agencies from around the world. Leadership from antitrust agencies around the world attend the annual conference, including significant representation from the US Department of Justice and Federal Trade Commission. Participation from the private bar is by invitation only.
