Douglas Landy, partner in Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy's Leveraged Finance Group, provided commentary in a recent Bloomberg.com article titled, "Fed Grants Volcker Reprieve in Banks’ Second Big Win This Month."
Mr. Landy comments that, "It’s much broader than most people expected, I think they took to heart what banks said that this is a huge undertaking that is not necessary at this time.”
