Milbank Transportation and Space associate Zachary Cronin will speak on a panel titled “Hot Topics in International Aircraft Leasing and Finance” at IBA’s Virtually Together Conference on November 18, 2020. Panelists will discuss current issues regarding aircraft, aircraft engine leasing and financing transactions and methods for enforcing the rights of the parties to those transactions, such as the provisions of the Global Aviation Trading System (GATS) and the role of the Aviation Working Group, and will explore the question of how IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards) affects the airlines.
