Milbank partner Apostolos Gkoutzinis – market-leading international capital markets and finance lawyer – was part of a panel discussion on “Understanding What is Driving ESG” at the Goldman Sachs Leveraged Finance ESG Seminar on Wednesday 23 June 2021. The discussion focused on the evolving regulatory landscape and the financing impact of ESG. The seminar also addressed the micro and macro impact of ESG, and considerations for issuers including views from corporates and sponsors.
