Mr. Park represents borrowers, equity sponsors, and opportunistic credit investors in a wide range of liability management matters, opportunistic and distressed financings, and restructurings.
Mr. Park’s recent representations include, among others:
- Envision Healthcare in a series of landmark liability management transactions leading to a comprehensive recapitalization of its capital structure, including drop-down financings and uptier amendments.
- US Renal Care Inc. in liability management transactions, including a drop-down unrestricted subsidiary financing.
- Curo Group Holdings Corp. in connection with liability management transactions comprised of a new money first lien financing coupled with an uptier bond exchange.
- Bed Bath & Beyond in a highly anticipated “first-in-last-out” rescue financing.
- Anywhere Real Estate Inc. in an uptier bond exchange.
- The Lycra Company in drop-down and bond exchange transactions.
- WeWork Companies in connection with an amendment and extension of its $1.45 billion letter of credit facility.
- David’s Bridal in a strategic rescue financing.
- Brand Safway in connection with an amendment and extension of its revolving credit facility.
- An ad hoc group of noteholders of Talen Energy in connection with the company’s chapter 11 proceedings.
- An ad hoc group of bondholders of Exide Technologies in connection with multiple out-of-court exchange and restructuring transactions and the company’s chapter 11 proceedings.
- Volkswagen AG in connection with the 363 sale of Takata Corporation.
- TPG Capital in connection with the chapter 11 proceedings of its portfolio company, J. Crew.
- An ad hoc group of term loan lenders to American Tire Distributors in connection with the company’s chapter 11 proceedings.
- The California Public Utilities Commission in connection with the chapter 11 proceedings of PG&E.
