Zach’s representative experience includes:
- An affiliate of TPG Credit on a $320 million secured credit facility to refinance all outstanding debt of Franklin Street Properties, a Massachusetts-based real estate investment trust focused on office properties across the U.S.*
- iRobot in its successful and comprehensive prepackaged chapter 11 restructuring, pursuant to which Shenzhen PICEA Robotics and Santrum Hong Kong collectively known as Picea, iRobot’s secured lender and a global manufacturer and service provider of robotic vacuum cleaners, acquired all equity interests in iRobot.*
- An ad hoc group of debtor-in-possession lenders in the chapter 11 cases of Sunnova Energy, a leading provider of clean energy services in the United States, which offers solar energy systems, energy storage and additional sustainable home solutions.*
- An ad hoc group of term loan lenders and noteholders of GoTo Group, a provider of software as a service and remote work tools for business and IT, in connection with an uptier debt exchange and maturity extension involving $2.1 billion of term loans, $950 million of secured notes, and $100 million of new money term loans.*
- Proterra, a publicly traded developer and producer of commercial electric vehicle technology, including proprietary battery systems, electric transit buses, and turnkey charging solutions, in its chapter 11 cases in the District of Delaware.*
- An ad hoc group of DIP lenders and unsecured noteholders in the chapter 11 restructuring of Western Global Airlines, an independent provider of commercial, long-haul air cargo transportation services.*
- An ad hoc group of convertible noteholders of Clovis Oncology, a specialty pharmaceutical company, in the company's chapter 11 cases and related sale process.*
- National CineMedia, the largest movie theater advertising business in North America, in its chapter 11 cases filed in the U.S. District Court in the Southern District of Texas.*
- An ad hoc group of first lien lenders of Serta Simmons Bedding, one of the leading producers of mattresses and bedding products in the United States and Canada, in connection with the chapter 11 cases filed by the company and its affiliates in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Texas.*
- Brookfield in a restructuring of its portfolio company, Altera Infrastructure, a leading international midstream services provider to the oil and gas industry, through prearranged chapter 11 cases in the Southern District of Texas. Brookfield provided a $70 million DIP loan and participated in an approximately $95 million equity rights offering. The company’s plan provided for the restructuring of over $1 billion in liabilities.*
- An ad hoc group of first lien, second lien, and unsecured lenders in the chapter 11 restructuring of Endo Pharmaceuticals, a specialty pharmaceutical company. The group comprised approximately of $3.2 billion, nearly forty percent, of the company’s funded debt.*
- CHC Group, one of the largest providers of helicopter services, in connection with a comprehensive out-of-court recapitalization transaction involving the reduction of up to $520 million in funded debt and over $100 million in new money and other liquidity enhancements.*
- W Wind Down Co., the entity responsible for resolving approximately 4,000 claims in the Westinghouse Electric Company chapter 11 cases asserted in the aggregate amount of $100 billion. The plan included a $4 billion asset sale, and the sale proceeds are used to satisfy creditor claims. W Wind Down Co. is entitled under the plan to retain any excess funds after all claims are resolved.*
